The tank farms Kiel, Uferstraße 48 (1) and Stadtparkweg 18 (2), will be run by the new Operations Manager, Mr Michael Seyer, with effect from 1 September 2019. He joined UTG on 1 July 2019. Over the past 28 years Michael Seyer has held a variety of commercial and technical positions in a number of tank farm enterprises, and has extensive specialist expertise and experience of the tank farm business.
Having bought the tank farm Kiel 2 on 1 January 2019 from TOTAL Deutschland GmbH, it is important for UTG to ensure that the management of both tank farms in Kiel are headed by the same person, in order to identify and leverage synergy effects at both sites.
Ann-Cathrin Labs, the previous Operations Manager of the tank farm Kiel, has temporarily taken on the management of both sites and will in future concentrate on the commercial side as Deputy Operations Manager at the tank farm Kiel 1. The management team thanks Ms Labs for her tremendous contribution, in particular in conjunction with the extensive construction measures at the tank farm Kiel 1, and is pleased that Ms Labs is set to remain part of the UTG team in Kiel.
Deputy Operations Manager for technical matters at the tank farm Kiel 1 is Mr Andreas Amelow. Mr Francois Cassini remains Deputy Operations Manager at the tank farm Kiel 2. Ms Labs, Mr Amelow and Mr Cassini will be working closely together with Mr Seyer.
Mr Seyer can be contacted by e-mail under firstname.lastname@example.org and under the mobile phone number 0172-2192205 as well as in his office under the familiar landline numbers for the tank farm Kiel 1.
We wish our team in Kiel much success and are looking forward to a successful collaboration!
