    Google Web Fonts

For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. Art. 6 I (a) General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) serves our company as the legal basis for processing any data for which we seek consent for a specific purpose. If it is necessary to process personal data for performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, as is the case for instance when data has to be processed to perform the delivery of goods or the provision of a service, processing is based on Art. 6 I (b) GDPR. The same applies to cases of processing which are necessary to perform pre-contractual measures, for instance when dealing with inquiries about our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation which necessitates the processing of personal data, for instance to satisfy our tax obligations, processing is based on Art. 6 I (c) GDPR. In rare cases, it may be necessary for our company to process personal data in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. This would be the case, for instance, if a visitor to our company were to be injured and his/her name, age, medical insurance data or any other vital information had to be disclosed to a physician, hospital or other third party. In such cases, processing would be based on Art 6 I (d) GDPR.
