The Essen I Tank Farm is located in the industrial and port area of the city of Essen, in the state of North-Rhine Westphalia. It is served by the Rhine-Herne-Canal at KM 16070-16325. The tank farm can be supplied with liquid cargo by barge or tanker.

Loading can be done by barge, tank wagon and tank truck. Essen I is easily accessed via road by taking the A42 motorway, taking the Essen Nord exit and continuing on the B224 dual carriageway to the Stadthafen (city port) Exit.

Located on Nordenham’s northern industrial estate in Lower Saxony, our tank farm provides ships with facilities for unloading liquid materials to tank storage, from where they are issued to seagoing and inland waterway vessels. Lorries can access the tank farm directly via the B212 federal trunk road.

Bremerhaven Tank Farm is located close to the Columbus Cruise Center in the Bremerhaven Free Port. The tank farm provides transhipment facilities for seagoing vessels and barges, as well as road tankers. The tank farm has easy road access via the B212 trunk road. Turn right (from the east) or go straight ahead (from the south) into Barkhausenstrasse, following left into Schleusenstrasse and right into Lohmannstrasse, which will eventually become Steubenstrasse.

The Kiel 1 Tank Farm is located directly at the eastern end of the Kiel Canal at km 96.8 – km 97.23 before the Holtenau Baltic Sea Locks. The tank farm has transhipment facilities for seagoing vessels and barges, road tankers and tank wagons (Discharging of HEL). Road access is via the B76/B503 trunk roads. Approaching from the south, take the last B503 exit before Holtenau bridge and turn left into Schleusenstrasse at the first traffic lights. At the T-junction, turn left again into Uferstrasse.

Transhipment terminals for the handling of:

Kiel Tank Farm 2 is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kiel Canal, in the Projensdorfer Gehölz area. The tank farm can be reached by road via the A7 motorway, exit B76 (via Westring and over the Projensdorfer Straße into the Stadtparkweg). It has transhipment facilities for seagoing and inland vessels as well a tank trucks.
